Separate a website issue from a stream issue

A page failing to load does not prove a television feed is down, and one missing channel does not establish a service-wide outage. Check whether the problem affects this storefront, the player login or playback after login. We do not publish an invented live outage status for this service or any similarly named provider.

Try a small comparison

Test a second live channel and one on-demand item on the same device. If only one feed fails, record its name and the time. If everything fails, check account validity and whether another screen is already using the available connection. This comparison is more informative than changing every setting at once.

Check the device and connection

Close and reopen the player. Confirm that another ordinary internet service works on the device. If practical, compare a wired connection or a position closer to the router. Pause other heavy network use during the test. Do not factory-reset equipment as the first troubleshooting step.

Change one thing, then test again

A player setting, video decoder or VPN route can affect playback differently. Record the original setting before changing it and compare the same feed afterward. The integrated VPN option is configuration-dependent and is not automatically the best route for every household. Ask support before replacing supplied server details.

Send a useful support report

Include your request or order reference, device model, player version, exact error, affected feed and approximate time. Describe the checks already completed and whether the issue happens across all content. Keep passwords and private URLs out of the message. These details help the team choose the next step without repeating your work.
