Start with the operating system
A brand name alone is not enough to choose an installation method. Find the model number and software version in your device settings. Two televisions from the same manufacturer may use different app stores or operating systems.
Android and compatible streaming boxes
Our Android player is available for compatible Android phones, Android TV and Google TV devices. NVIDIA Shield and compatible Formuler or Fire TV models may be suitable. The help desk confirms the installation route for your exact model; an Android APK is not a universal TV installer.
Samsung, LG and Apple screens
Samsung Tizen and LG webOS need a player supported by their own store and model. Apple TV, iPhone and iPad require compatible Apple software. A third-party player may have its own activation fee or account; that is separate from the IPTV subscription.
MAG and computer playback
MAG-style portal setups require the appropriate portal details and a supported device identifier. Windows and Mac playback depends on a compatible player and the account format supplied. Never paste a private playlist into an unknown converter to make it work.
Installed devices versus active connections
You might own five devices and only watch on one at a time. Membership connections count simultaneous streams, not the number of devices in the house. Close playback on one screen before starting another when using a one-connection plan.
